A good JPEG image was the starting point

From the original JPEG image a layered grayscale positive was developed

A grayscale negitive was created from the grayscale positive

From the grayscale negitive an STL file was generated

From the 3D STL file a model was created using 3D printing technology.







Then the final product was created using the rubber mold spin casting method
